Hotel rooms are very nice and clean. The hotel is very quiet and clean staff is very friendly and attentive. Restaurant are not as good as they should be. Other than that the hotel is very to stay at

A new and quality hotel and it will improve fast.

The restaurant staff was not properly trained. My dons packet was spoiled due to fish gravy careless over it. Other than that, it is a great stay.

WAY TOO HOT

Could barely breath! The air con was set at 25 and with the windows being totally sealed it was difficult to sleep at night. they provided a separate fan but for a supposed 5 star hotel seems ridiculous you cant control the heat to suit your own needs

Checking in was very low efficiency and the room soundproof was very very bad so that we were always waken up by next door. it takes very long to get deposit back although they promised they would return it to me right away but I haven’t received it after 1 working day I left.

The service is impeccable

I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Regency Wuxi. It is in the center of Wuxi close to most places of interest to us. The service is impeccable. All the staff we met were informative, helpful and courteous.
