Via convenient keyless access, the upper floor of Family Oasis is an expansive split level (lower floor is occupied, but no spaces are shared) opens to a spacious, open-plan kitchen/dining/living-room area.

Guest Access:
On a quiet street in Worcester’s Greendale neighborhood. Guests have exclusive access to entire upper floor and to the backyard (subject to yard maintenance), except for the shed.
Check-in access: Contactless check-in. No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with a digital keypad. We’re available for an orientation face-to-face or by FaceTime.
Parking: One off-street space is provided in your private driveway and is your private parking space. Plenty of on-street parking is available except in winter (12/1-4/30, from 2 am-6 am, and during declared bans), during which we can provide one additional guest parking space in the Host's driveway. EV Charger is Wallbox 48Amps,; vehicles may not be charged through other means.
Other Details
Cameras: Three security cameras in backyard record exterior of the home, yard and pool. A doorbell camera is on the front doors. Front security cameras on NE and SE corners. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner’s discretion, result in the guests being ejected without refund for remaining nights’ rents.

Occupancy is limited to registered guests, whether overnight or not, If you'd like a visitor please discuss with Host at booking (the total number of people on the property should not exceed six).

No smoking/vaping of any substance whatsoever anywhere on the property. Even if you smoke outside the smoke clings to your body and clothes, tainting upholstery and bedding, necessitating costs to remove the smell. That isn't fair to future guests looking for a non-smoking rental.
The upper and lower floors are totally separate, each with a private entrance and private driveway. Your backyard is private.
Co-host is on-site (no shared spaces) and available 24/7 to meet your needs
If you’d like to order groceries, say from Instacart, for your arrival day, we’ll take in your groceries and put them in the refrigerator/freezer, or on the counter for you. Just let us know so we can be sure to be home for the time frame you select (starting at or after 1 pm). No extra charge. If you need a kitchen appliance that’s not on the premises, ask host to see if one is available to borrow.
All fabrics are washed with unscented and hypoallergenic detergents, no fabric softeners or dryer sheets; all pre-soaked for 17 minutes with Lysol Sanitizer.

Swimming pool opens mid-June through end of September, depending on the weather, at which time outside furniture is put out (June) or stored (September) though two Adirondack chairs are out all year long. "Fire pit" is a Zen fire table, available in summer. There's no way to maintain the yard and pool without maintaining them: workers may be in yard/pool on weekday mornings for maintenance
Note that the backyard is subject to pollen, leaves, bird droppings, insects and wildlife.
