The Lincoln Inn was in a great area outside of Woodstock. The grounds are beautiful, and a covered bridge is only a short walk from the property. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
The location was great--it's a short drive to Woodstock downtown but away from the bustle and the traffic. The Inn is by the river so the view is fantastic. Overall the Inn had a very relaxing vibe which we really enjoyed. Our room seemed to be newly renovated. It was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was simple but delicious. We'll definitely stay there again!
Freshly made breakfast with assortment of breads and scrambled eggs. Multiple breakfast beverages too. It's a beautiful, historic inn setting, within 75 yards of a covered bridge.
This is a beautiful property located in the countryside. STaff wewre very helpful

We loved that the owner shared her daughter's paintings and history of the Inn. They are making the Inn beautiful as they only took it over in Feb. Of this year. Great breakfast with great coffee and herbal teas. Great job Luke!!

We had a great stay in April! Mud season, but still great to be right next to the river
Cozy little b&b tucked away just outside of town. Staff was friendly, called to find out when I would be arriving to make sure they had everything ready. Room was clean and spacious.
It was very nice, with a good breakfast, especially the yummy toast/bread. The room was nice enough except for plasticky mattress cover and tiny shower. We loved the outdoor space which has nice furniture and access to the river. Woodstock is a wonderful town.
It was a charming little place, but the stay was very expensive for the amenities available. The continental breakfast was good. I did not like that the doorframe to our room was broken and there is a big gap so anyone can see into the room. It would have been nice to have a TV since everything shuts down early in this sleepy little town.
Super cozy rooms with large comfortable beds, beautiful outdoor area with a fire pit near the river. If you open your windows at night you can hear the river which is lovely. Just a couple minutes drive from Woodstock center
Liked the location next to the river and covered bridge. Nice breakfast included.
Beds were toooo soft and “noisy” when turning around. Very thin and low shower pressure
Beautiful old inn on edge of Woodstock. Perfect for outdoor activities as well as enjoying a charming town. Room looks newly restored aside from wood floors which add character. Large property with outdoor fire pit and can walk 100 feet to river and covered bridge.
Lovely historic inn under new ownership. About 3 miles from woodstock center. Pretty spot right on the river. Smaller rooms expected in a inn that dates to 1760. Wxcellent aur conditioning. Breakfast was local breads, oatmeal, muffins, fruit, coffe. Would recommend
ownership.
Beautiful property! Quaint inn located a few minutes from the center of Woodstock . The inn has 10 rooms between 2 houses , breakfast from 8-9 am , and plenty of room to sit and take in the views . Bed was very comfortable slept great . Would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this must visit area of beautiful Vermont. Oh and there is a covered bridge too !!
Bonus : saw a bald eagle fly over the river while sitting in Adirondack chair on the lawn enjoying a glass of wine and the views ❤️. Check in is at 3 pm and was smooth and easy . Kind owner who recently bought the property.

Room comfy, very clean, no odors, and spacious. Only complaint about room is both my fiance and myself hit our heads on slanted ceiling in bathroom. I'm only 5'1 too. He had to get ice for me as I got a decent sized lump. The room is advertised as soundproof, definitely not. The outside furniture could use a cleaning, however the area is beautiful and peaceful. Definitely would stay here again as it really is a nice place and reasonable rates. Convenient location with lots of stuff nearby.
First, this is an old home from late 1700’s.
It is in really good shape for an old home. In some rooms the floors are not quite level but we love this stuff! Well maintained. The innkeepers Luke and Naomi are very kind and hospitable. The breakfast was large muffins(bakery type) a variety of breads, yogurt, fresh peaches, watermelon, juice, coffee and tea.
The rooms have their own air conditioning. The beds are super comfortable. The sheets are nice. We often went down in the large living room downstairs and did our computer work.It felt like home for us. We came out for work but enjoyed this place a ton. Beautiful grounds with seating all around. There is also an outdoor fireplace maybe used in the fall? It would be a great stay for a romantic getaway or even a family vacation as they have a larger area in the back of the first house. The grounds are huge with room to run and play or go on a romantic walk! Very famous old covered bridge built by R.W. & B.H. Penney and using the Pratt System.

Beautiful location on the Ottauquechee River in Woodstock, Vermont. The one-of-a-kind Lincoln covered bridge abuts the property. The owners and family are warm and very accommodating. Our unit had a fully stocked kitchen with full-size stove and refrigerator. The king size bed was new and very comfortable. There is an art gallery on site with beautiful paintings done by the 17 year old daughter of the owners. @gracescarletart on Instagram. Outside, there is a large patio and a pergola. If you like picking up stones, there is a large area of small to larger ones at the river's edge.
Easy to get to this hotel which is just west of the center of Woodstock and not far from Quechee Gorge, Simon Pearce glass and Restaurant as well as Andrew Pearce's wooden bowl display with live turning on site. There is also the large antique store of
B. F. Southgate and Company that is very clean and has a huge variety of goods.
Enjoy!
