"Room wasn’t clean only beds were made but there was food on the floor and stains on carpet and garbage left from previous person. Also all night long we heard alarm clock from room next to us. Also we were told different price for parking from different staff members."

Had a 1 queen bed room and it was so tiny that i cannot explain in words. The location of the hotel was also on a street where it felt like it was not that secure. I think having a proper little shop for travelers' needs, rather than a faulty vending machine, would make it just a wee bit better, but overall the experience was good. "

"At check in, there were two staff working the desk. BOTH staff were scrambling to help a couple who had failed to cancel and reschedule a previous reservation correctly. So, that left a very long line of us waiting to check in at 3pm. Additionally, the staff gave the couple a discounted rate that was approximately $40 less than my rate. We all know differential pricing happens, but to see it happen to one customer and not be offered the same discount was unacceptable and disconcerting."
