Wenn man wirklich mal nachts ankommt und man nicht das kleingedruckte gelesen hat (steht bei Anreise in der Beschreibung), dann findet man das nicht, zumal die Rezeption in einem anderen Hotel ist. "es konnte keiner nicht mal ein wort deutsch, was die Verständigung sehr schwer machte, es stand in der Beschreibung das ein Parkplatz inbegrifen ist, war es aber nicht. Wir musten dafür bezahlen, wir haben 2 Raum mit 2 Doppelbetten gebucht, haben dann aber nur 1 Raum und 1 Doppelbett bekommen! "

"Everything was fine until we arrived at the so-called hotel. It's more like a banquet and wedding venue. It says there will be something until 11pm. but we find the door locked, the phone number. When we called, only a Polish-speaking person answered. For those who don't speak Polish like me, it was difficult to understand what was being said. I received instructions in a text message. There was only me and my family in the whole house. A bit uncomfortable. But everything was clean and tidy."
