We got stuck in the corner next to the air-conditioner unit that cooled the entire building, super loud and they said I could change ( after standing in line almost 45 minutes again) new room faced a wall / literally looked out the window into a wall. You get the worst room all because we booked on hotels.com (Expedia). We left after one night / zero refund"

I made my reservation over a month in advance, but upon arrival, and after a long day of travel, I was informed that my booking had been canceled due to overbooking. I was not notified in advance in any way. Without consulting me, the staff arranged alternative accommodations at a nearby motel, which was not comparable to what I originally reserved. Adding to the confusion, a family member who booked a week after I did had no issues with their reservation. Based on my experience I would not choose to stay here again."
