We liked the location . Close to downtown. The building is old but rooms clean. Had to ask for extra towels as there were only 2 in the bathroom and only one washcloth. Difficult finding staff at first but very helpful when we found them

This place is a dump. I didn't feel safe staying here. Nothing at all like the pics. We left and didn't stay there. We booked a different hotel and ate the cost of this motel.

We had a wonderful stay at River Road. It is very low key and offers no amenities and that's ok! We just needed a basic place to sleep. The rate was extremely reasonable, check in was fast and easy and its clear the manager is here to make your stay great. Would definitely stay again!

What a great find in downtown Dells!

Super friendly staff, large, CLEAN, updated room. Very close walking distance to all of the downtown shops, restaurants/bars and attractions in addition to being across the street from the River Walk. Looking forward to more stays at River Road!!
