The front desk attendant was very friendly and gave us an upgrade to a better room in the main building, which was nice. However, the room was next to a utility room of some sort that had a loud rumbling sound that never shut off. The hot tub was cloudy. Room was dated and shower was very slow to drain. Bed was comfortable. Our room was clean.

We have been coming to Sunset Bay resort for a few years now and we absolutely love it. It’s in a very nice quiet area surrounding Lake Delton and only 10 minutes to downtown dells. The property has two pools and working hot tube and a couple of slides inside. It’s a very small resort but homely! They have a private beach and the offer free kayaks to use. They have picnic tables and grills that you are able to use anytime. Even though the rooms are a bit dated, the rooms are clean and spacious. FYI, bring a portable outlet or charging station because they don’t have any in the rooms that work. Overall, I will absolutely continue to come and stay at this property!!

There area was great for getting around. Staff was friendly and our room was clean. Really my only complain was those beds! They were so hard. I went and bought a topper just so I could get some sleep. The pools were nice. We enjoyed that they didn’t close until 12am. The bonfires were a nice touch. We enjoyed having use of the free kayaks and the beach. Thank you for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
