"The rooms were very clean. Actually, the entire property was is great condition. Loved the fish tanks in the elevators. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay and would return if I come back to Winnipeg. "

"The pool was closed and we were not notified or offered a discount. It was one of the reasons we booked that hotel. People were screaming all night next to us and there was no hot water in the mornings."

"Our room was nice and clean. Our room was above the pool, so it was quite noisy, and the person who cleans the pool at midnight drags the chairs and tables, which woke me up. I never want a room beside the pool again. The dinner theatre was great, though. The restaurant was so slow at Aldos for meals, too. Overall, though, the hotel is a lot nicer inside than outside. We would stay there again!"

"I’m not sure why this place is so highly rated. It’s incredibly rundown. Our room was actively dirty. The pool has been closed for the last five years and the Gym has one working piece of equipment and it is not the treadmill. The breakfast is super mediocre, but the staff were all friendly so I’ll give them that. Not helpful, but at least friendly while they didn’t solve the problem. "

"My fiance and I didn’t use the amenities. At first they had one staff at the front for a 3pm check in, which was later changed to two staff members."

"We had an overflowing toliet, and had called the front desk 2 times as they didnt seem urgent about the matter, due to lack of urgency the toliet over flowed into the living area of our room. We ended up leaving earlier than intended."
