"Beautiful resort. The Marina was beautiful and our room was incredible."

"Everything was wonderful except for the shower. cld never get the water temperature hot, had to use the handheld shower to get some stronger power for the water having back issues after walking all day wld have been great to get a good hot string shower."

There was hot eggs, sausage and two types of diy waffles as well as fruit options. My young nephews enjoyed the pool. And the 10pm pool closing allowed them to burn some energy before bedtime."

"Check in was not available at the scheduled time (3pm). They were short staffed and housekeeping was behind on rooms. I wasn’t able to check in until close to 8pm. The front desk clerk did extend my checkout by 2 hours. But, I still feel the check in process was unacceptable—especially since I came from out of town."

"I had a wonderful stay here!!! The hotel is write on the harbor. The same side of Waterside as the Spirit of Norfolk and the Ferry. Each are walkng distance from this Beautiful hotel!!! The hotel and it's rooms are clean and comfortable. I melted into my bed after enjoying the brunch cruise on the Spirit of Norfolk. The Valet parking is a bonus!! I highly recommend and I shall return!!!"
