It was a wonderful stay with Teresa and exploring her property. Our kids had a great time exploring her property and feeding the ponies and sheep. Her clever dogs kept us company as we explored the property, making it very relaxing to explore with our kids. Nice and clean little accomodation. Keen to go back.
Lovely stay and very welcoming from Teresa. Beautiful property and lots to explore. Need a 4WD to get to the property and experience everything has to offer. Nice escape from city life !

Stayed for two nights: walked up the hill to the paddocks at the top of the world, sat around the fire pit and had great chat with the lady owner who had set up the property to keep all ages happy. It's a farm-stay. The property isn't the lap luxury, but it's a good honest place where, in the small hours of the night, you can see more stars than you've ever imaged! Also loved the x 2 dogs.
I stayed here with friends and our two children, aged 6 and 5 years. The property is remote and just beautiful if you are after an escape from the city. The kids had a trampoline and play equipment to keep them entertained. The horse and sheep were at our door step in the morning and were able to feed them. The house was well equipped and clean, comfortable and warm beds. Teresa was lovely, very helpful and welcoming. We loved the fire pit and stunning views. The children had a wonderful time.
Great place to stay with kids who want to see the wildlife, interact with farm dogs and other animals. Cottage is very clean and comfortable. Teresa is very friendly and helpful if need any assistance or tips regarding activities your interested in.
A wonderful place to stay to get away from city life. Theresa is a charming host and frequently checked in with us to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The fire pit is amazing as is the bush walk up the hill across the little dam. Be sure to check out the Gold & Fleece pub in Windeyer (5 mins away) for some authentic country hospitality and chat with the locals. Scotty the owner is a top bloke.
We had the most amazing time. Loved 4WDing to the top of the property and the fire pit. The animals were amazing esp the dogs (our kids loved them). The beds were very comfy! Terese was such a friendly and caring host. THANK YOU!
Very peaceful and quiet base from which to explore the Mudgee Wineries and surrounding areas. Amazing outlook from the top of the 4WD only track - well worth it, if you have experience driving steep terrain.

We were a group of 4 adults staying for 3 nights at Witancare.Theresa was a most welcoming host and our accommodation was cosy and comfortable, despite the cold and windy weather. The access road to the property (Kyewong Rd) is definitely SUV or 4WD territory, especially if it has been raining! Loved the local village pub at Windyer!
Teresa Was amazing kind friendly.
Our kids loved the place friendly environment and clean.
Her pets were very friendly the dogs pony sheep’s horse.our kids loved playing with dogs non-stop,the fire we light up with Teresa provided woods.
We had bbq with no issues walked up the acreage with her dogs without any issues.
I will highly recommend for anyone wants to experience farm life .
We will be back again soon.
We had a fantastic family bonding time, we all signed off from technology and embraced the outdoors, Theresa was an amazing host and we feel revitalized after our stay.
Was only there for a couple of days, but had a great time. Hiked up the mountain a couple of times , took some great photos. Teresa was a great host, and the views both from the cottage and around the farm were great.
This is our second time staying
We love the property
Teresa is an amazing person & host
Definitely recommend visiting the local pub amazing food
Definitely recommend to all our friends and family
We will be back
Amazing. Teresa was great. We felt so welcome. Every single detail was so lovingly prepared, beds, bathroom, fire place(s), chairs outside. The views, the walks, the animals. The peace. We really had everything we needed.
We came for a two night stay and felt a weeks worth relaxed.
Our dog loved the animals and Masha's company (mostly :) )
We definitely will be back.
My family and I stayed 3 nights in this magical cottage. The weather gods were on our side. We experienced gorgeous scenery, horses, alpaca and sheep our wonderful hosts Teresa and "Marsha" the farm dog - always there for support ! A great place to get away, relax and catch up with loved ones ! Would highly recommend. Nostrovia , Za Nas ! Thank you Teresa for you kind hospitality - we never slept better ;-)
Nice and quite, lots of space. Would be good for families with kids, as there are a couple ponies, some sheep, an alpaca, and a flock of ducks around the place. You will need a 4WD to get all the way in. I didn't have one, so Teresa picked us up with her ute and we loaded everything in. She was very accommodating. Oh yeah, there are apparently a few wineries around if good wine is your thing.
Can't thank the host Teresa enough. She made our stay one of the most enjoyable we've had, in such a long time.
The property is very clean, warm and inviting with a wonderful outside living space.
We all loved the camp fire next to one of the dams, cooking damper, marshmallows and sausages and spending lovely evenings gazing at the stars, it was truly breath-taking and something we will remember for a very long time.
The property is very secluded, with different farm animals and kangaroos, our daughter loved it, as well as the orchard and being off-grid didn't affect our stay at all, it made it even more exciting.
Its location was not too far from the various wineries and the town of Mudgee and the drive to the property was easy enough in our 4WD.
Thanks Teresa for a wonderful stay and letting us share your little piece of heaven, we will definitely be back.
Great experience to be able to come back at night to a camp fire and enjoy company with a few drinks and cheese and crackers. Teresa was so lovely and will be back
Very peaceful stay, owner Teresa was very welcoming and nice to have a chat with
Great views, very comfortable clean cottage, delicious apples straight from the tree
No issues navigating the entrance road.
