"Avoid This Place – A Total Chaos! Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I stayed here for three nights and, frankly, I couldn’t wait to leave. If you value sleep or basic management response, look elsewhere. *Non-Stop Noise:* My room was on the first floor, and it felt like I was sleeping in the middle of a street brawl. On the first night, between 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM, people were screaming profanity right outside my door. It took staff an entire hour to either remove them or get them to shut up. *Zero Consistency:* The second night it happened all over again. I’m not sure if it was the same group of people, but the yelling was just as loud and disruptive. *Non-Existent Service:* After the second night of chaos, I reached out via the hotel app to request a room move since I still had one night left. They never bothered to reply. Management clearly has no control over the property and even less interest in communicating with their guests. Save your money and your sanity—stay somewhere else."

"The property was a great place to stay. The only issue I had is with expedia listing not the property. Expedia never listed that there is a parking fee everyday which I was unaware off and then I had to pay the parking fee while I was checking in "

"This resort was beautiful and offered so much to do, including daily activities for lazy days at the resort. Rooms were clean and spacious and it was nice to have easy access to the pools. The staff were mostly friendly but there were some rude staff at the Copa Loca bar which was disappointing. Overall the trip was incredible and that had a lot to do with this resort."
