Great location and ease of access. Room was very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the bed after a long day at the track. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I am looking forward to my next visit.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bedding and towels were fresh and crisp. AC works great. No guessing or adjusting. Plenty of hot water for showering.
Was happy with the accommodation. Thankful that the Perkins Restaurant was doing carry out service. We were travelling back home because of the Carona epidemic.

Bad TV. Poor bathroom lighting
Disappointing. The bathroom light was so dim and flickering that we had to turn on the heat lamp to see. The TV was fuzzy and awful, like the 1950s. Motel 6 had better TV. Beds were comfortable. Parking was difficult because of how the various units of the hotel are configured. We also had a noisy soft drinks machine outside. Not a great experience for the price.
Check in was fast and efficient. Staff are very friendly and helpful
Great restaurant on site so after checking in we didn't have to go far for supper.
Great area, cozy bed, and clean room! We loved our stay here and will definitely come back.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
incomplete renovation
The motel appears to have been renovated within the past couple of years, but the electrician must have been left out. Electrical outlets are insanely inconveniently placed. I had a tough time figuring out where I could plug in the coffee maker. It was also difficult to plug in my laptop computer. Better lighting would also help.
One other point: Hot water was somewhere between cool and lukewarm. Warm enough to shower but not hot enough to shave. I've been here several times before and this is the first time I've experienced that problem.
But I like the location, across the street from the university and a nice lake and park.
Our room had a clogged sink, the refrigerator smelled of fish which smelled up the room. Light in the bathroom didn't work. They switched us to a different room and it was fine. The mattresses are awful. However, staff is friendly and close to restaurants and shopping.
Requested a downstairs smoking room & they had one even though we were early. The cleaning staff came in apologizing profusely for not having all of our towels in place. We were way early! lol. Early am attached Perkins was closed (24 hrs in our area) went to the main building for coffee & staff jumped right up & offered to make fresh pot. Had some so I was happy. Beds slept great. Noise from sirens was my only complaint. Close to highway so expect that from this building. Huge complex though- request one away from the highway.
Standard room was good size and king bed very comfortable. Only stayed 1 night. First room had clogged sink so manager moved us to another room immediately. Very good service. Big benefit is Perkins restaurant and bake shop attached to hotel lobby. Ate both supper and breakfast there. Great food, great service and can't beat the price. Will definitely stay again.
