Absolutely loved this hotel! The furnishings were very comfortable, well appointed hotel/B&B with all the amenities you'd expect; breakfast was amazing, the owners/staff were so welcoming & kind....absolutely 5 Star or above place!

Pleasant Stay

We were greeted by Mr. Lloyd, one of the owners, he was fantastic, same as Crystal at front desk and a great cook Lourdes. We were treated as family. Service was great from all of them. We didn't have to drive the shopping area is walking distance. I highly recommend Square Inn when ever you plan visiting Wimberley just make sure you book in advance as this place is very popular.

Wonderful find in the Wimberley Square area. Everything is steps away from the Inn. The Inn is quiet and a lovely garden at its center Is a great spot to relax and rest. The room was well maintained and very clean and the owner is welcoming and attentive.

Lovely inn just off the square in good walking distance to everything in downtown Wimberly. The staff was very nice and the daily includes breakfast was delicious. The room was very pretty too.

Nice little getaway

Great experience.a little nice getaway..fresh breakfast in the morning cooked by Mr. Loyd himself.hes a great hostess along with crystal. They have a few shops and restaurants surrounding the area.we will definitely go back.

The building was safe, the staff were friendly and responsive, and it was a very comfortable place to be. I had the best sleep that I had had in the three days of travel prior. The breakfast was home cooked, real food. Great conversation with the owners and other guests.

The place was charming and the best part is the location! You can just walk to the shops and restaurants that are around the Inn and don’t have to worry about where to park. The bed was comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was so-so, nothing special.

Lovely stay.

Good location in the middle of town. Our owner and host very gracious. He cooked a very delicious homemade breakfast, including frittata, bacon, homemade biscuits, homemade sausage gravy and fresh fruit salad! Comfortable and charming rooms.

Perfect location by the town square, so close to restaurants and shopping. Lovely antique furnishings in our room, with a very comfortable lounge/breakfast area with a well stocked game pantry. The refreshments available were also well stocked, much more than I expected. The morning breakfast was delicious: breakfast frittata, smoked sausage, bacon, biscuits, and mixed fruit. Several blends of coffee and tea were also available.

Perfect Location

We felt this was the perfect location as it was on the main square, easy walk to shopping and restaurants. We loved that it is a traditional Inn/bed and breakfast, not a chain hotel. The rooms were very large, clean and comfortable. We also had access to a covered patio with nice sitting area to relax in the evening. Staff were friendly and attentive. The front desk clerk even showed us how the key pad locks on the main door and room door work. The main door locks and the desk clerk leaves at 6 pm. We had no issue with this. Breakfast was not fancy but a good variety. Again, staff were very attentive to our needs. We were only there one night but plan to stay here again on our next trip.
