"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a great location and less than 10 minutes to the beach! The room was good, not great. There was sand in the bathtub when we arrived and trash under the pullout sofa. The bathroom was spacious. Loved the large closet for extra space. Comfy beds. Unfortunately, I can't leave a review for the pool. We went to use it one evening and a child had used the bathroom in the pool. The family didn't tell the staff so I went in and reported what I had heard. The lady at the desk didn't seem to know what to do so I wasn't confident that it was going to be sanitized properly so we didn't attempt to use the pool again. Another unfortunate event was being woken up super early by a dog barking in the room next to us for an hour. I reported it to the front desk. He said they weren't supposed to have a dog and he would handle it. Later, after a day at the beach, we returned to the dog barking. I once again, called down to the desk, in which the girl said she would handle it and get back to me (she didn't). We then went out shopping and when we returned the dog was barking again. This time I went down to the front desk. Although she was "unsure of the policy" (which confused me - clearly you can't have dogs barking in your hotel), she did end up figuring things out and called them while I stood there and handled it. It should not have taken me complaining three times to get it handled. Overall, it was a good experience and we would stay here again."
