The room was very clean and the place was nice. I changed my dates thru Expedia and they confirmed it on the phone with the hotel and sent a confirmation but the hotel staff wouldn't honor it at first. They said they couldn't change the date even though they confirmed it through Expedia and told me i would not be able to change and wpuld not get my money back and this is why they didnt like booking thru 3rd party vendors such as Expedia. I had to make other arrangements for the first night of my stay and the hotel still charged me for it.

It was a very nice hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The beds are a little on the hard side and the outside automatic sliding doors were broken and one had to push them open by hand and close them.

My brother had just passed away and we accidentally made the reservation on the wrong date and could not change it to the next day. I was very stressed when making the reservation.
