"Staff was rude and unwelcoming "

"There was so much wrong about this place. The location was bad. The pictures showed it surrounded by pines trees but instead it was surrounded by empty fields full of trash. It was also right next to the freeway. The back entrance doors didn't work and one was broken and couldn't lock at all. The lady working the front desk was rude and uninviting. The restaurant was over priced. The bath tube leaked or dripped all night. The bed was nice. The place overall was run down and not nice at all."

"The room was very small. It had everything we needed for a one night stay. They provided a very nice extra blanket when requested. The bed was hard, and there was a metal bed frame that made a lot of noise when you moved, the pillows were very flat and the property needs a lot of work. We will not stay again."

"Didn't use the gym, but it looked super well stocked for any night time gym needs. We used the pool table the most which was a lot of fun. The only down side is that the bathroom door slides and leaves a very awkward gap between the door frame and door. You can see into the toilet at the right angle. Other than that, it's very close to the train that we rode which we loved to no end "

"Our stay was very unpleasant. At check in we enter our room. A dirty towel was left in the closet a water bottle top was on the floor. The conditioner and body wash dispensers were empty. They did bring some after calling but that should have been checked before guest arrive. The next day I asked for clean towels I get a “clean towel” with brown stuff all over looked like poop. Again they did give me new towels but again what’s really going on here. Then the guest beside us was very load all thru the night. I called the front desk to see if the could ask them to keep it down. The response was he couldn’t do anything about it . That is ridiculous. I stayed at this hotel because I wanted a nice place to stay. And this stay was the worst hamton inn I have ever been to. The only good thing going for it is it has a great breakfast and the location was great. "

"Needs an ice bucket in the room. Not enough tv channels (more than the one true crime 24/7 murder channel lol) Enjoyed our stay. "

"Just don't. There are much nicer places to stay in Williams. I did find the bed comfortable, but our bathroom needed a deep clean. Jacuzzi was closed. Pool appeared heated, but there was no net to clean out all the bugs and leaves, so we skipped swimming. Breakfast was super disappointing;.White bread, jelly, sugared cereal, juice, coffee. Some yogurt or fruit would have been nice. There was a nice outdoor dining patio. Location is super convenient. Parking is also good. Property is just overall run down. "
