The staff was fantastic!! Edgar, Suki, Lisa and Rigainey were my favorites throughout our stay! Our room was small, yet clean. It was really all the space we needed since we were off exploring the island during the day. We chose to have our own personal bathroom. It was super small but the water was hot! The hotel offers breakfast everyday from 7-10, which had a nice variety to choose from. You can even get a latte or other expresso drinks throughout the day in the main lobby. There is a small, yet nice pool with plenty of hanging chairs and beds to take in as much sun as you can possibly want. I would stay here again the next time we return to the island.

My stay was Ok it's walkable to Emma Bridge and alot of places to eat around. 2 things I didnt enjoy much was the bed was too hard for me and the water pressure from the shower is very low which sucks after a long day at the beach. Staff was pretty friendly and definitely feels safe at night has there is security all night parking was easy.

We had an night flight so when we arrived it was late in the evening.. however the security (staff) was very nice and had been waiting for us. He took his time answering all our questions. We stayed one night.. the room was very clean and the bed SO comfortable!! I would highly reccommend!

The outside was not what we expected it looked warn . However inside it was very nice the staff was so friendly. Especially Ivan . We were stuck in Miami 9 hours after we checked out and the staff allowed us to stay in the lobby. That make our selection of this hotel all the better. We were not happy about using 60,000 points when we talked to others that used 40k
