Positive experience

The hotel room was clean and close to the boardwalk. Check out was 10 am which I thought to be a little early but not unreasonable. Overall i enjoyed my stay and will absolutely return to this hotel the next time I visit wildwood. Definitely a great deal.

I honestly have no complaints about the hotel it was nice the people where amazing and the pools where amazing also . It also is right on the board walk it was easy travel to everywhere we wanted to go

Great 2 day getaway

Check in was wonderful..so sorry cant remember gentlemens name..But he was great. Parking...park your car and dont move it😂. The beds in room are more like 2 fulls..definetly not a double. I had room type m(wood floors..loved it hate carpets in motels/hotels. Small kitchenette set with 2 chairs..microvave and small refrigarator everything was perfect for our needs..not spending a lot of time in room. Clean pool outside our doors(2rooms)..boardwalk 1 minute away. NEXT TIME I WILL BRING...mop, swifter,broom...because of the sand and floor wet from kids in and out..bathroom floor stayed wet😁 OVERALL:Great stay for us.location,cleanliness100%

You would think spending a lot of money during Labor Day would be worth it for a small holiday getaway with your family—THIS PLACE ISNT IT. As soon as we got to our room, the kids took their shoes off—there was so much SAND on the floor. We had antibacterial wipes in hand so we wiped the floor with that and it was disgusting. The next day we asked the staff to clean (specifically to vacuum) and even left a note with money. We got back to the hotel later that day and the room was never clean and the floor was still disgusting. To think during COVID times they would clean more often, they did not!! Never again

Cost/convenience spectacular

They allowed my circus to check in 2 hours early with no extra cost. The front desk clerk was VERY plesant! The rooms were generally clean. One of our rooms did have a stale smoke smell. The shower drained slow on the bottom level, but the second floor shower drained just fine. If you need more towels then what is provided when you check in youll have to flag down house keeping and ask for them. The parking is limited, but there are 2 other locations you can park for free and walk a short distance. The pool was decent but on the smaller side. You also had access to another pool at the end of the block. The boardwalk is just steps away from the parking lot. There is a little more of a hike to the ocean, but its worth the walk. For the cost and convenience i would stay again.

The room was nice, clean, and we were able to check-in early. Some idiot had turned off the air conditioning before we arrived so the whole first night we were sweating. I also called the desk for the wifi password and no one answered or called back.

For the exception of having no room phone service and we needed towels because they didn't give us the right amount for 5 people. We had to walk over to the office to request them and we had to request it a second time. Other then that our stay was good. It's convenient to the boardwalk. I would stay here again. The staff was friendly.
