Everyone is super nice that work there . The beds can be update kind uncomfortable but made though about 6 hours sleep . Pool water was warm also you can BBQ .. if you got a pick up truck try get a Corner spot it kind tight. Well i go back yes

Nice place to stay for a of couple nights in wildwood crest. Some of the front disk staff could’ve been kinder. The rooms are dated but that’s expected. On our last day one of the room next to us must’ve been smoking and it was awful, and the old guy at the front said “we can make the rules, but we can’t make the guest follow them”. Pool area was nice and it’s right near the beach.

Overall nice. Close to the beach, has free parking and heated pool (useful on windy chilly days at the beach). Rooms are dated but ok. Wouldn't say it's perfectly clean cause clumps of dust was hanging from the curtains and one of the beds had plywood that was holding the mattress.. Also, make sure when you book the room it says ocean view aka gives you a private balcony, otherwise your "premium room with balcony" would be with balcony that you'd share with other ppl. Bottom line it's ok family place but next time we'd be staying elsewhere.

Not the best place to stay under new management

Had a number of issues when checking in, the keypad doors never seemed to work over the few days, and wonderfully there was no one at the front desk that could help. Most of the time it was locked, and you have to text or call a random number? Room service spent less than a minute in the room to pull out the main trash while dropping 3 bath towels and a garbage bag (while removing all the wet hand towels, bath mats, wash clothes, 3+ bath towels). It was awesome to have to try to hunt them down after a long beach day with kids, and again nobody around to help. New management is terrible

Check in’s are at 3 PM. If you have arrive early, you’re not allowed to park on the hotel property despite checking in early. Ineffective!

I did not stay long enough to review much more than what I saw in the first 10 minutes. What is shown on the internet is not what is really being delivered to the customer. The room I was given was from the 1970's. I would not walk on the rugs without shoes, I would not put anything in the refrigerator because the racks were rusty, I would not breath out of my nose because the smell was gross and I would not stay longer than it took for me to tell the front desk that I was leaving. The gentleman at the front desk immediately knew what the problem was when I said I could not stay in room #307. Once he asked what room I was in he only asked for the keys, not for an explanation. I am highly disappointed in expedia and their rating. Do not believe the images that are presented or the reviews that you read. You may not get a room like what is suggested or presented in photos. If I could not give 1 star I would, but I must in order to write this review.
