The price for a suite was great, however the room smelled very musty to the point we had to go buy air freshener. The shower had rust around the faucet and at the bottom of the tub. The hot breakfast options were awful, fake bacon, eggs were dry and gross, sausage was hard. The beds were super comfortable and pillows too, staff was very friendly.

The staff was nice and friendly. The room needed sprucing up. You could tell no one has stayed in that room for some time. You could see where we sat on the couch due to the dust. There was dirt and just in the floors. The bathroom counter was dirty. I had to clean it off. The bathtub was dirty. But the room size and kitchenette made it worth the stay.

Right next door to MSU

Very convenient to the MSU campus. Beds were very comfortable. Shower pressure was excellent. Loved the 2 big windows. Plenty of room for 3 adults. Great kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. Will stay here in the future.

Unexpected getaway

The beds were great we were asleep by 10p and slept through 830a ,they were deep and I want one like it for home. Then the breakfast was hot and delicious. A most enjoyable experience.

HHH weekend

Comfortable room with many conveniences. The kitchenette was most welcome. Only negative I can think of is the bed was way soft and had a dip in the middle. Location is convenient to downtown. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Good for a quick stay

The rooms were nice. The people were kind. The front desk just seemed to have been empty anytime we needed to find someone, and maintenance could just be better. Our toilet kept making a running noise, we were told to jiggle the handle. Certain entries you couldn’t get access to because they were broken. The juice machine was broken but they accommodated everyone by letting them grab a free juice. Breakfast was great. Also very short staffed on housekeepers. I think if they had more people on staff, and upkept maintenance I would have given it a 10/10. Also a sewer like smell upon entry to the hotel.

Location was central. The people over us stomped all night and there was screaming in the hall in the middle of the night. The hotel had a strange smell to it. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful.
