จองที่พักกับ expedia ตัดบัตรเครดิตเรียบร้อย แต่พอถึงที่พัก reception บอกว่าห้องแบบที่จองมาไม่มี เต็ม ไม่มีห้องว่าง มีแต่เป็นอีกแบบนึง ซึ่งสภาพเลวร้ายมาก ติดต่อ expedia วุ่นวายอยุ่ 4-5 รอบ กว่าจะยอมคืนเงิน แถม ต้องรออีก 7-14 วัน และเสียเวลาหาห้องพักใหม่
