"The hotel itself was a 10/10! Clean, modern, and perfectly situated for exploring Nashville. The only minor 'issue' is the massive stadium construction project next door. It’s exciting to see the city growing, but be prepared for some early morning activity and nearby street closures. It didn't stop me from enjoying my stay, but it’s a good heads-up for future guests!"

"Booked with Expedia five months prior to my stay. When I arrived the hotel informed me that I didn’t have a reservation even though I had a confirmation number from Expedia. They were all booked up and no more rooms available. Now I have had to file a claim to get my money back. Awful experience and terrible customer service."

"Very nice rooms. Common areas are bit dimly lit and unexciting. Some common areas in general and the chairs in my guest room were a bit worn in areas, but it appears the property is under renovation, so hopefully those little touches will bring the property up to a higher standard. I would stay again. "
