"We booked a last-minute Sunday-to-Monday getaway and stumbled upon this gem of an A-frame. Tucked away on the southern part of the island, it is the perfect sweet spot. Nicely quite.Before we even arrived, the host saved the day! After a classic "we think we know where we're going" blunder left us lost with zero cell service, we finally found a signal and called the owner. She was an absolute angel, guiding us directly to the front door. (Pro-tip: don't save the wrong link like we did! Once we hopped on the cabin's great Wi-Fi, everything was seamless). Though it’s technically in a small neighborhood, it is beautifully secluded by a dense wall of trees, giving you that magical, deep-in-the-woods feel without any of the inconvenience.The interior design is stunning! If this were my own island retreat, I wouldn't change a thing. It effortlessly blends modern luxury with a hip, retro cabin aesthetic. Best of all? It was immaculately clean. The downstairs bathroom feels brand new and ultra-modern, boasting a fantastic shower and every amenity you could need. Just bring your personal items! The Kitchen: Fully stocked and ready for anything. You could easily whip up a gourmet feast here. The Living Space: Super chic and cozy, complete with a beautifully stocked wood stove and a high-quality Bluetooth speaker.un, comfy bunks downstairs and a dreamy loft upstairs with plenty of room. Also a nice deck which we ate every meal on. Thank you!"
