"Compact home in an excellent location and walking distance to well-known dairy, main beach, and 9 hole Williamson Golf Course. Very clean and tidy, with very good range of kitchen equipment. A coffee bodum would be helpful, but a capsule coffee machine is available. The single toilet, and separate shower room with hand basin was suitable for 4 x adults.Comfortable 2 x queen rooms (note: BYO linen) and sleep-out with multiple bed options attached to the main house.There is no air conditioning or heat pump, however the house does have a lovely sunny deck that is private from the road with hedges, and good off-street parking.
