"We arrived very late from a delayed flight and our request was met for a quiet room by the helpful & friendly staff. The hotel is in very good shape from the upgrade last year. We enjoyed a good breakfast."

"Only a one night stay before flying out of Bristol Airport. Very welcoming, excellent evening meal, very comfortable room. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast but I’m sure that would have been good too! Very convenient for the airport."

"The room was very clean and large. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is available by entering the Melrose Car Park. Although they have limited places available we did not experience any issues finding a space. The food was excellent. We had a sea view with some amazing views over the beach and the Sun Sets are simply breathtaking from the room. The shower could do with a little more pressure but OK. Bathroom was clean and spacious. "
