Fenêtre de chambre très sale ainsi que l'arrière du réfrigérateur et lumières de salles de bain. De plus, la porte de garde-robe m'es tombé dessus lorsque j'y tournais le dos. Malgré le fait que mon conjoint mentionne le tout à la réception au départ, aucune excuse n'a été faire. Deux sachets de café sans plus. Par contre lit et taies d'oreillers confortable."

"Breakfast was sad. Commercial pastries in a city renowned for its croissants and bagels. Although marketed as an historical hotel, it was standard with slightly larger rooms however with smaller bathrooms. It was a lovely spring day when we stayed there and after a day of shopping we would have B loved to enjoy a glass of wine in a patio. Instead we were told there is rumours of a patio but I have no idea. Sadly we had to retire to our room with a view of a wall. This property really needs to embrace its heritage and bring it forward. Until it does that it is just standard with a facade. It is a gem with no vision. Sad. Having said that it was as I would expect from any commercial hotel chain. It was clean the staff was outstanding and it was average. "
