"Had a terrible experience while my stay at Orchid hotel ville parle. Breakfast time was stressful and staff were running like a headless chicken from one table to another. Big long queue was outside restaurant for breakfast. If they are not compromising on their price, why did they expect guests to compromise?? Their breakfast hall area isn't big enough for guests, it is not guests problem. Overall, service isn't as good as they charging. I will not book this hotel again."
