"Rented this room specifically for its location, breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub. Location was good, breakfast was limited but doable, the pool was so cold and there wasn’t a hot tub. They’ve done some obvious updates and overall the hotel was fairly clean and nice. Our room; that’s a different story, found a pill on the floor just under the edge of the bed, the window was missing a side metal edge so it had a gap and let a lot of cold air in. There were two locks on the window and only one...
