"The communication was a bit back and forth with the owner of this property. I think one simple email with instructions would have been better and saved time on both ends. The caravan was clean, although a bit of a damp smell which i guess is expected, the boiler didn't generate warm water kept having to press a button to get it warm. The bedding sheets had a bit of an odour and could do with an upgrade. But overall, the caravan was clean on arrival, presented well and in a good location as...

"Jane is a superb host - her attention to detail is amazing. It is such a gorgeous space. We had breakfast platter which was fabulous but we will definitely do the plant based evening meal on our return. We will most certainly be back - but avoiding the Festival of Speed! (Something our niece didn't think of when arranging her wedding date!)"

"We had a great stay here and Clare was the perfect host. If you enjoy bird watching the wrap around garden, variety of trees and pretty stream will give you lots of opportunity for spotting birds. The property is in a fantastic location for visiting Chichester. I would highly recommend."
