"We arrived at location and had to find the unit that we rented out. At this location there are many units. We found our and the unit was extremely hot. We immediately turned on the AC in the unit and went to the pool. The pool was falling apart the tiles are broken off and in the pool floating around. Got back to the room which was still extremely hot. Wanted to leave but the unit would not lock from the outside. Was told by owner to just use the stick provided to lock from inside but again...
