"My children and I stayed for one night in the hotel. The staff at check-in was helpful but not super friendly. The room was big and clean. I was surprised that they did not provide a mattress for the pull out couch. My partner asked the front desk and they said they no longer had any. Breakfast had many options and was what you'd expect from hotel breakfast. Overall, we would visit the property again. "

"Only complaint is one elevator was not working, otherwise it was a nice stay. Spay was clean and warm. Breakfast eggs could use an upgrade."

"it was ok i just didnt like the fact i had to pay for parking i see it unnecessary not every one goes to for any amusment that surround the area."

"Hotel room was good however the shuttle to and from the airport is very unreliable …had to wait over 40 minutes for pick up at airport (they have one van and if full by the time it pulls into your terminal then you have to wait 1/2 hour for the return)…when we left the hotel we booked a 7 am shuttle and at 7:15 were told the shuttle was tied up in traffic (on sunday morning no less)…so ended up getting a Uber which arrived in 3 minutes…do not depend on shuttle it is useless"

"The LSU frat party caused issues while trying to sleep, but everything else was good. maybe put ALL frat kids on the same floor so they aren't disturbing neighbors. "
