"We booked this for just one night. It cost just under 400 and it sounded fab. We opened the door on arrival and the smell of Indian food hit us like a brick wall. We had to leave all windows and doors open for hours. It was grimy and sticky and the cutlery and cups were filthy with food still stuck to them. The cups were smeared with brown marks inside. Two of the beds were brick hard. The floors and doors squeaked so badly and we could hear the neighbours doors opening and closing next door....

"The booking process was easy so we assumed this would be a good stay. This was not so. We didn't hear from the owner on how to gain entry to the property until we were travelling there (6 hour drive away) to wish the keys were left for anyone to gain access and available after the check in time of 3pm, good job we weren't on time. It looked like the place hadn't been cleaned in weeks with hair and stains all over the floor downstairs. Two of the three bed linens had stains on the them! It stated...
