"Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, understand and know guest’s needs. Clean spick and span, and well-ventilated Room including the toilet, small “kitchen” adequately fitted with microwave oven, toaster, kettle, etc. Check-in and check-out with ease. "

"The room was well kept, very clean and the spa was perfect. Not too hot and very spacious. The air conditioning worked well and there were blonds on the window that kept the sun from heating the room up too much. "

"Very old motel. It is what you pay for. No major issues, everything is as you would expect from a motel that is 40+ years old and not been updated at all. Was very cheap and the room told you that too. "

"pool was too dirty, didnt require air conditioning was definitely NOT DELUXE which i paid for OVERRATED a wooden chair to sit on, squashy room, curtains dont cover the windows properly shower running hot and cold while i was in it well overdue for an upgrade"

"Very modern and new. Comfortable bed, and good kitchen to make meals. Check in process easy and friendly staff. Only stayed one night but Bairnsdale seemed a very nice town, cafes and restaurants around. Only disappointment was the lack of a coffee machine which we usually get in a Quest hotel. "
