"Agapantha Cottage was a lovely place for me and my 9 year old son to stay for a couple of nights during the school holidays. It is only a 15min drive to the city where all the museums are, which is what we came to see. The cottage was clean, cosy with all the lovely antique furniture, the wifi, netflix and aircon came in handy during the heatwave, the kitchen was easy to cook in, and the garden is beautiful. We'd definitely like to stay there again and would highly recommend it to others."

"Always a great stay at The Statesman. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Shame restaurant and bar wasn’t open but closed for holidays. Easy parking and good location. Will stay again. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had my room ready so i could check in early and kind enough to give us a late check out at no cost. Very reasonably priced accommodation. This was our second time staying at the lodge and would definitely use it again."
