"I understand the location of this property being in bondai is a selling point didn’t expect much for the money after travellig the east coast but we checked out the morning after we arrived , it didn’t reflect the pictures was unclean the bedding was tacky and smelt bad (sweat) the bathroom has an issue as it also really smelt bad and flowed into the sleeping area drawers under bed for clothes full of dust and bugs and under bed filthy . "The location of this room was amazing. However, from the photos I made the assumption we’d have a view when in fact there is absolutely no view. Hardly any natural light bc the window faces a small alley way. The location was unbeatable!! The air con didn’t work but the manager got us a portable unit pretty quickly. We’d stay again except now we know there is no view or access to a balcony. "
