We stayed 10 days.
The house itself is nice, however the property is so close to the highway that the noise is unbearable.
The house manager was responsive but when i asked about the noise, before booking, he said no one ever complained, i find that hard to believe.
The BBQ wasn’t working, they replaced only on our last day.
They remove all the outdoor furniture because of the hurricane and only brought it back a week later, even if we asked multiple times.
Thomas was the best vacation rental host we have ever had. So flexible. So responsive—before and during our stay. Very thoughtful and accommodating—he went the extra mile to make our stay great. He met us when we arrived, showed us around the house, and gave us great recommendations in the area. He brought us a blender and cooler when we asked if he had one.
The house is awesome—big and nice yard, amazing pool, fun/interesting details inside, comfortable and nice, big/plenty of room for a big group to spread out. We spent most our time on the big, comfortable back deck going in and out from the nice, big kitchen. We loved every minute here!
We rented Thomas property for our overseas wedding guests and couldn’t have been happier - it was perfect for our guests, clean, spacious and just perfect for a weekend in the Hamptons. Highly recommend!
