"Whole neighborhood wasnt safe. Several vagrants around. Pot could be smelled everywhere. Hallways outdated and rough looking. Elevator was a nightmare when trying to leave."

View of a dusty construction site. Waited 20 minutes to check in. Both desk personnel were taking reservations on the phone. Maybe have one on the phone and the other attending to the line of six guests waiting to check in?"

"Hotel was as described. Reception staff members were the real gems - extremely helpful, bent over backwards to ensure that the needs of the guests were fulfilled."
