The room was tidy and charming. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Free shuttle to the airport. The tram to the city center or train station—just a 30-minute ride—provides a scenic tour of the city. We would definitely return.

They offer a free airport shuttle; just call them and let them know you're arriving, and they'll pick you up from the airport in 15 minutes. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was delicious. If you have any questions, you can message them; they responded right away. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly & helpful staff. The room however was hot & stuffy. Opening the window was not a good option since there was a lot of noise from traffic. Using the air conditioning was also not a good option due to it being so noisy - sounded like a fish tank and then would change to a loud hum which was super annoying. Didn’t have a restful sleep as a result.

I stayed in 4 different hotels in Poland and this was my favourite.Not overly luxurious but very comfortable. Nice wide single beds, staff that spoke English well and were warm and helpful, and a stellar breakfast buffet. Make sure to try the apple pancakes. The pizza in the evening was also great!
