Fran at Mulberry Bed and Breakfast was so warm and hospitable and truly made our stay an amazing one! She is already missed and we can’t wait to go back there! The house was so charming and very clean and nice !

This is a one of a kind stay with a warm host who is a gem of a person! Fran’s kindness and hospitality will make you feel at home. Breakfast is top notch and her house is well decorated and spot clean. Highly recommend as a mid way pit stop for Provincetown and Cape Cod travel.

Our hostess Fran was very hospitable and sweet. The bedroom was nicely sized with a comfortable bed and faux fireplace, which Fran lit at turn down service. Little extras, like sweets on your pillow at night were a nice touch. Breakfast was tasty and the place is conveniently located at the beginning of Cape Cod- perfect for day exploring.

A very enjoyable stay. Our host Fran was terrific and accommodating in every way. She was attentive to our needs and provided a nice breakfast each day. Our room was clean and comfortable with no issues. Instead of a standard hotel stay, we appreciated the homey B & B atmosphere (including the resident cat!). The location is excellent as a base to travel to various locations in and around Cape Cod. We would recommend a stay at Mulberry.

The setting is in a circa 1847 home with lovely period features and furnishings. If you are looking for a sterile and boring motel setting, look elsewhere. Mulberry House is aesthetically pleasing and Fran, the hostess, really makes her guests feel special, comfortable, and at home. A most enjoyable stay!!
