We wrote sn e-mail 1,5 month ago that we were 4 families and we wanted to stay near each others rooms, when we arrived this old lady was totally rude and separated us completly from each other. One family at x building, one c and two families at b. And than it continues, rooms not clean, dishwasher did not work, personale rude at the jungle playground etc. Worst vacation ever!"
