"First romantic holiday with my partner, spent £130+ on the valentine room. The whole hotel was filthy and staff extremely unhelpful. The room was VERY dirty, finger marks all over the mirrors and windows, dirt on the back of doors, a mushroom growing out of the mirror!!! The wardrobe door didn't open so no place to store clothes the blinds out of the balcony type seating area did not open, the shower dribbled and the water was freezing! The hotel had 2 'restaurants' stating they serve separate cuisine. The menus are identical. Food over the tables and floors, windows filthy with smear marks and food splatters, the pool was dirty so couldn't swim and there were 2 sad looking lounge chairs beside which were both ripped up and battered. I felt dirty staying at this hotel and it is a shame as was really looking forward to do., and the price I paid was unacceptable. The reception staff had no clue what was going on and couldn't help us in regards to getting to the ferry port, so ended up walking 45 minutes in 30 degree heat with 2 suitcases. I will be putting forward for compensation as our stay was poor. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. "

"I found Supreme Palace to be all I needed while spending a week in Port Blair. The staff were extremely polite and respectful. Nothing that I asked for was refused and they were concerned about my plans for daytime activities. The hotel though not near the centre is not too far away that you can’t walk to the bazaar. Transportation can be accommodated if you either want to talk tours or drive yourself by car or motor scooter. "
