Seit zwei Jahren fahren wir zu Weihnachten zur Familie , und haben zum zweiten Mal beim Ibis Hotel eingecheckt.. Qualität des Hotels lässt nach in dem die bettmatratze schon so verbraucht war dass zwei Personen fast eingesackt in der Matratze sind ungemütlich kein ruhigen Schlaf und vor allem man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen kein frischluft und stickig. Ein drittes Mal werde ich mir diesen Hotel nicht mehr buchen trotz freundlicher Bedienung tolle Umgebung oder Parkmöglichkeiten.....nein danke

Vi har bott här flera gånger. - Frukosten var fantastisk som vanligt. - Personalen trevliga, som vanligt. Lite dåligt med engelskan denna gång, men det gick bra ändå. Det som inte var så bra denna gången: - Visst, vi skulle bra stanna bara en natt men ändå. Vi hade bokat ett tvåbäddsrum men fick en 3 bädds rum. Den tredje sängen tog bort en hel del golvyta av hyfsad ett litet rum. Dessutom blockerade (den enda) stolen vid skrivbordet. Frugan med ryggbesvär behöver alltid sitta på en stol. Det gick denna gång, men aldrig mer. - Råkade se att det fanns torkad (vilken tur) urin utanpå toasitsen. Man kunde se att städpersonalen hade torkat runt på själva sitsen, men inte tittat neråt och sett detta. Men jag hoppas att detta bara va en engångsföreteelse för vi kommer alldeles säkert bo här igen. ______ We've satyed here several times. - Wonderful breakfast as usual. - Nice staff as usual. There was little problem with english this time, but we sorted it out anyway. The bad things: - We booked a twin room but got a room with 3 beds. My wife having back problems needs to sit on a chair, but that 3rd bed locked the chair and it was hard to use. This was only one night stay, so we didn't bother to change the room. - I happened to see that there was dried urine on toalet sit. I notoced that the cleaning staff had cleansed the upper part of the sit, but haven't seen the lower part of it, with the urine. Dispite that, we plan to stay here even in the future. It's a good hotel

Mycket bra och prisvärt hotell

Vi har bott här ett par gånger tidigare, så jag visste vad jag skulle och det stämde. Bra frukost. Tyst och lugnt Rent och fräscht Kuddarna är dock väääldigt stora och hårda, så jag köpte en mindre kudde på Jysk precis utanför hotellet. Bara 1 täcke i dubbelsängen.

3.5 star hotel with a 5 star ❤. One of the most thoughtful hotel breakfasts we have ever had. Staff is courteous and professional. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Exceeded all expectations. Located next to a mall with all kinds of dining options available in a pinch.

One night business trip

I missed the information about the renovation work going on at the hotel so was surprised at reception as it does resemble a building site. However the hotel does still have options for breakfast and dinner. The rooms themselves are pretty good although water pressure in the shower was disappointing. You cannot argue with the value for money and I would stay here again.

genügend Parkplätze (unbewacht) auf dem Gelände des Einkaufszentrums relativ leise insgesamt nette rothaarige Dame am Frühstücksbuffet - Frühstück nur bedingt für vegane Ernährung geeignet (Salat in Plastikschale mit Dressing mit Milchbestandteilen), Brot in feuchten Einzel abgepackten Tüten - Maskenpflicht wird nicht nachgehalten, auch in Aufzügen wird sich nicht an Regeln (ein Haushalt) gehalten - trotz angefragtem Service (Zimmerreinigung nur auf Anfrage während Corona) wurde nicht gestaubsaugt oder das Bad gereinigt - Klimaanlage roch modrig (ggf müsste hier ein Klimaservice durchgeführt werden), Fenster lassen sich stattdessen leider nicht öffnen - Checkout leider unfreundlich und sehr wortkarg (Wir waren länger als eine Woche in dem Hotel, da ich meine Verwandtschaft besucht habe - alles in allem ist das Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung, man sollte sich aber nicht hinter der Pandemie verstecken wenn es um Service und Freundlichkeit geht und auf der anderen Seite es tolerieren, dass die Leute (auch große Teile des Personals) ohne Masken im Hotel unterwegs sind.
