Nice rooms, but not a 5* hotel. Breakfast was very limited - the type of breakfast you would get in a 3* hotel. For hot dishes you had to pay extra while we already paid 500€ per night including breakfast. No value for money.

Nice hôtel, Bad brasserie

The hotel was fine, the service was terrible. We had to wait a long time to check in. We had dinner at the hotel and had to wait for 2 hours get our food, with no apology or compensation. A steak was overcooked and when we pointed this out, the server challenged us and said it was fine. We were so hungry we ate the meal, but would never eat here again.

Bon accueil par la sympathie du gérant, possibilité de dîner un bon repas dans la brasserie. totalité du règlement au check-out. Hôtel calme et raffiné, propre, literie confortable, nombreuses marches escaliers pas évident pour tous. Décoration simple, gros bouquet chaînes tv, juste de l'eau tempérée offerte en chambre un plateau de service serait un plus. Petit déjeuner varié et frais, à 16€ son prix peut être hésitant. Au restaurant service jeune et dynamique, repas qualitatif et savoureux. Pour finir petit désagrément sur le prix de la chambre chez expédia suivant réalité, problème résolu sur place en se fiant à ma réservation, établissement conciliant et respectueux. Géographiquement au calme à quelques kilomètres des Fagnes et du circuit automobile. Parking limité, stationner donc dans rue.

Perfekt für Formel 1 Wochenende. Nach Malmedy ca. 15 min. Autofahrt und dann weiter mit Shuttle zur Rennstrecke. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft leicht zu erreichen mit Parkmöglichkeiten. Personal nett, wir hatten ein Familienzimmer für 3 Personen. Die Gegend ist ruhig und schön für weite Spaziergänge oder Fahrradtouren.

Die Unterkunft hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Zimmer waren äußerst sauber, geräumig und modern. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir gesichert in einem tollen Fahrradraum unterbringen und dort aufladen. Das Frühstück in schönen modernen Räumlichkeiten war ausgezeichnet und das fantastische Abendessen ein Traum. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!!

Accueil vraiment désagréable

Hotel propre chambres spacieuses tres bonne literie mais quel accueil! Vraiment tres desagreable je sentais que je dérangeais. Quant au menu 3 services. Au bout de 40mn d attente pour le plat principal j'ai dit que ce n etait plus la peine je navais plus faim ils me l'ont facturé ! En plus ils mavaient installé dans une salle a larriere du restaurant alors que la piece principale etait quasi vide il etait 18h. J etais a côté dune table d habitués hyper bruyante. Et aussi je n aime pas la viande mais ils nont pas voulu changer ca tombe bien me direz vous puisque ce veau n est jamais arrivé. Je recommande donc l hotel mais pas le resto

J'y reviendrai !

Nous avons réservé cet hotel en dernière minute afin de pouvoir se reposer après avoir participé au GTLC Winter édition. L'équipe de l'hôtel a été très accueillante pour ma maman, moi et notre chien (border collie, bien éduquée) au sein de l'hôtel, mais également de leur brasserie où nous avons délicieusement mangé. Je recommande !

Twin Zimmer sind schön ausgestattet. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. So konnten wir problemfrei das Zimmer tauschen (wg. Lichteinfall). Das Restaurant ist für den "ersten Urlaubsabend" wirklich zu empfehlen. Und für den Morgen gibt es ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.
