"Amazing "

"I booked a "Newly Renovated" Signature Room. It included a bathtub that was peeling and had mold. Poolside bar serves food - no identification of gluten free options on the menu. Neither of the two waitstaff could tell me what was gluten-free, other than bread. I said I would like more than bread and when I asked for gluten free options and what would be safe, items that contain gluten were recommended. I will not stay at this resort again. "

"The place was exactly how it was posted. It was clean, spacious and location made it accessible either walking or short drive to restaurants, museums, beach. The host provided all supplies in description. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again."

"Overall, this is a beautiful property with nice cabins and a gracious staff. The pool could use a total revamp, but with beach swimming so close by, it makes sense that it isn’t the resort’s main focus. I also expected a better restaurant and bar. They weren’t bad, but the options felt limited. For anyone looking for a nice place to stay on the west side of Kauai, I’d recommend it."

"Rooms updated but not in a classy way. Good fitness facility and great pool areas. Well located. the resort fee was a bit of surprise and $45.00 a day seemed like a lot. Bed was nice. Small fridge in room."
