"Hotel is ok , except weather, great location "

"They have old, smelly and disgusting rooms, and they have a newly very modern section. Our first night was in “Hell” section. The smell of the old moldy air conditioner gave me a headache and I couldn’t sleep all night. The next day we were moved to the newer room, and it’s like “Heaven”"

"Clean room, friendly staff, great location with beach access and good news is it’s that part of Waikiki with the best beach area not crowded. Would love to come back and stay a week or two. "

"The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful, especially the bell hop and valet. Our room was not nice, directly over the loading dock which was very noisy, we didn't pay for a view because we were only there one night but the bathroom lacked cleanliness, the soap dispenser in the shower didn't work. The bathroom in our room needed a deep cleaning or just a remodel."
