"Room was clean and staff generally were friendly. However, it was chaotic on Sunday morning during breakfast. I believe there were passengers from stranded flight and looked like shortage of staff to cater for breakfast needs. Not enough cutlery, no glasses and cups for drinks, no fruit juice. People were eating on sofas or else they'll have to wait too long for tables. Better organisation of staff and resources/facilities would have been less chaotic."

"how easy it was to apply on line for accommodation and check in someone was available to greet me as i came in late then given a door key and told where my room was. Room was very clean, the shower was one step up but found the stepping out a bit shaky. I enjoyed my breakfast and i didnt need to go far available right next door . Service was right on point."
