Great location in the centre of Voss. Helpful staff. Free luggage store (unattended) was very useful as we arrived well ahead of check in time. Fantastic views from the room over the lake. Generous breakfast included in price. Room clean but in need of maintenance - several cracked floor tiles in bathroom (leaving sharp edges), broken TV cable and peeling paint on balcony.

Good location for day trips to Bergen, Gol, and Flåm for Norway in a Nutshell This is a large hotel that hosts large tour groups. Thus some of the hallways and rooms are a bit worn. Breakfast was nice. There is decent public parking nearby that is free overnight. As with most of the country, restaurants close up early so plan accordingly.

Everything here was so nice! The staff was friendly and let us store our luggage before we checked in. You can walk right down to the path along the lake from downstairs, and right into town from the front entrance. Plus the train station is right down the street! And the free breakfast is amazing!

Our room was comfortable and they had a very nice breakfast. The view of the lake was wonderful. The window didn't open very well, and it would have been nice to have some fresh air. The public areas needed updating, but the rooms were very nice. Great Location.

Very tired and run down, staff seemed insulted to be interacted with and breakfast was poor. Location is amazing though, the lake is beautiful. If they updated it from the 1990s time warp it would be a great place.

Restraunt was very good as was the free breakfast. Hotel was definitely not worth the price. Rooms were very warm and the only way to cool them down was to leave a door going to an outside patio open. Bathroom was the size of a shower. The room itself was also crowded.

Very impressed with Abdullah who served us was excellent, professional, easy to communicate and very helpful in sorting out our shower problem. He is an asset to park royal. I gave 3 in properly condition, as the property needs some serious renovations.
