First room it was a really bad leak in the bathroom but they relocated us to another room. Internet never worked on the restaurant area so was no way to work while eating due to the time difference. So we were limited to work WiFi just soap no shampoo/conditioner travel when we arrived. I know the state is hot but it was no comforter for night sleep I know we should ask and I know if we did definitely they would’ve brought it to us, but I don’t think those are things that should or it wasn’t need to be asked for. I’m not complaining. I’m just giving ideas for mandatory stuff to be inside of the room while guest arrive on a five star hotel.

Hotel is basic, rooms are very small, cups, napkins, bath supplies are very basic, and miniscule. The photos on the web page do not really illustrate the location of the hotel and / or the common areas / rooms The hotel is in a comercial building. The lobby is small, no place to sit. The hotel is a walking distance to a large supermarket - and that is convenient on weekends and night as there is very little else around. Check in was fine. Pleasant staff.

Bom primeiro tomamos banho batendo os braços toda hora no box muito apertado, a cama era terrível ficava rangindo a todo momento não podíamos virar na cama. Achei bem desconfortável, graças a Deus dormimos apenas 4 hrs. Quanto ao café da manhã não posso opinar, pois saímos antes do café da manhã.
