Melhora no Atendimento…

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, localização excelente e café da manhã maravilhoso! Tudo limpo, bem organizado e com produtos de qualidade. As moças que trabalham no café são super educadas e bem-humoradas, assim como o senhor que nos ajudou com as malas, deu dicas e foi super atencioso. Também destaco uma funcionária da limpeza e um rapaz da recepção, ambos muito educados e prestativos. Porém, o banheiro do nosso quarto precisava de melhorias, especialmente no teto, que parecia ter infiltração. A limpeza não foi 100%, ainda tinha cheiro forte e parecia que faltou capricho com cloro e cheirinho. O ponto mais negativo foi o atendimento de dois funcionários da recepção — um rapaz e uma moça — que pareciam sem vontade de atender. Não cumprimentavam, respondiam com má vontade e não sabiam explicar direito. Quando chegavam amigos deles, o comportamento mudava: sorrisos e simpatia. Para hóspedes, eram totalmente diferentes. Isso pesa na experiência. Gostamos muito do hotel, mas o atendimento desses dois nos desanimou. Atendimento ao cliente é essencial, e pessoas despreparadas podem acabar estragando a imagem de um lugar tão bom.

Pertim de tudo

Minha estadia foi muito boa, o hotel é muito bem localizado, perto de supermercados, bares, restaurantes, padaria e claro, da orla da praia, o cafe da manhã tinha muitas opcoes fresquinhas, o quarto apesar de conter traças nas paredes, e o box estar manchado, era limpo em outros aspectos, para um hotel 2 estrelas, foi uma otima experiencia. De ruim somente o horario do check out, mas isso é padrão. Infelizmente.

Minha sugestão é de melhorar a organização dos serviços de quarto com a camareira. Às vezes, demora-se muito para limpeza e troca de toalha. Se o quarto da saída não tiver reserva para o mesmo dia, organizar para a limpeza do quarto dos hospedes que permanecem.

Péssima experiência

Uma das piores experiências que tive, não recomendo a ninguém. A cama era uma base queen com um colchão pior que um espuma de pessima qualidade, vergonhoso, maçaneta do banheiro quebrada, água do banheiro parece se poço artesiano amarelada, ar condicionado horrível, cama de solteiro localizada em um corredor, enfim final de semana terrível.
